Tara Minerals offers our customers the ability to receive product by truck or rail container. If you require assistance in transportation, our logistics professionals will be able to assist you with your needs. We can arrange or schedule pick ups and delivery of your product.
Whether your industry demands bulk product, we can arrange delivery by truck or rail. We recognize the importance and critical nature of timely deliveries to your facility.
The Indian railway system is very well developed and we have a fairly decent coastal network of shipping from west to east. We thus ship short leads by road, and long leads by railway and by sea.

R & D
Our R&D department are comprised of knowledgeable chemists & industry experienced personnel are constantly striving to invent the innovative uses and improve the application of our products and services. Both factories & head office lab, our R & D professionals work diligently to anticipate customer needs and develop solutions to meet those requirements.

Reserves
Our calcining facilities receive a continuous supply of raw limestone from our many quarries. Located throughout North West Rajasthan belts, these active quarries provide feedstock for manufacturing high-quality lime products well enough. Tara Minerals also has acquired other strategically located reserves throughout Rajasthan state of India to meet future new, anticipated markets.

All orders shipped outside of India will be billed in U.S. dollars.
Return of Items
We take great care to ensure that your order is filled and packed accurately. Upon receipt of your order please examine it closely. Contact us immediately if material is missing or damaged.
Tara Minerals & Chemicals Pvt Ltd. stands by its products. Should an instance arise when the quality of the product does not meet your expectation, we will do our utmost to correct the problem. If we cannot satisfy your concerns we will gladly accept return of the item and issue a full credit. Returns for other reasons may be subject to a restocking charge. We reserve the right to refuse a sale to persons not considered qualified to handle hazardous substances, or if we suspect that the intended use of the chemical is for illicit purposes.
Substitutions
We reserve the right to make substitutions for products not currently available. The substitutions applied will be of a comparable or higher quality specification. Additionally, alternative packaging options may also be suggested.
